Every so often I receive a call or an email from a consumer in regards to one of my listings and the ‘offering price” (List Price) as compared to the value or "Zestimate" they saw posted on Zillow. I tell them that while I believe Zillow is a useful site, I feel that they're lacking when it comes to home value estimates. I go on to say that they can only 'Guesstimate' based on collected data, and that this collected data often does not truly account for Location and all the wonderful attributes or positives one neighborhood has over another.
