 Yes I read the letter and your Buyers sound like wonderful people but the seller accepted another offer. This was a little bit of a short conversation I had with a agent last week as I had to inform her that her clients were not the highest offer in a multiple offer situation on one of my REO (real estate owned) listings in Murrieta California.
