I have never participated in "wordless Wednesdays" mostly because I can't seem to not have words come out of me. But today I thought I would post this photo of my Cousin Mikey (right) who is getting a new kidney from my dad (left) soon. They were supposed to do the operation today but the surgery had to be postponed since another emergency transplant came in late last night. Not sure when the surgery will be now, most likely next week.

Do you Tweet? If you are on twitter.com and have followers you may want to think about creating a "Thank you for the follow" video via YouTube.
Its actually rather simple. You record a video of yourself thanking your follower for following you on twitter then tell them a bit about yourself and your company or the services you provide. So you want to invest in a new home but you are not sure if you can afford a home. Well here is a simple calculation that will help you understand your Debt to Income Ratio.
First calculate your debt:
Add together all that are applicable:
Minimum monthly credit card payments:
Minimum monthly student loan payments:
Monthly car payments:
Monthly alimony payments
Monthly child support payments
Any other loans or credit card payments you make per month:
The amount you will be paying per month on a mortgage payment (include all taxes and insurance)

The Pikes Peak Energy Star class "Marketing and Selling Energy Star Homes" with Gord Cook was a huge success. With over 60 Realtors and area sales professionals in attendance the atmosphere was a buzz with activity.
