As I research my presentation I have come up with a short list of tips that will help you be a better Twitter user... #1: Use Tweetdeck! Oh man do I love Tweetdeck and it just keeps getting better. Let me tell you a little more about Cordera, one of Campbell Homes premier communities. Cordera is a very popular community that I get asked about on a regular basis so I though I would talk a little bit about the features of the Cordera community and why it seems to be the #1 community in Colorado Springs. There are a plethora of reasons why many companies are shying away from social media marketing. First of all there is a big stigma about who is on social media. If you tell a customer you are going to give them something or offer them something do it. How do you stand out to your customers? The best sales people are the ones who are passionate about their jobs and their customers. They put their own twist on the sales process and they care. Their customer service is TOPS. I think the best sales people are service people... People who practice the Golden Rule: Treat others the way you would want to be treated.
There are many examples I can give of BAD customer service... Frontier Airlines comes to mind or Wal-Mart (recently voted WORST customer service by consumers), and the cable company when they make you (27 comments)

9. When you build your own home you get to choose what kind of design features you want to have in your house to really reflect your style. Like cut burber carpet? Its yours! What about those beautiful granite countertops? Yep that's an option too!
Video is the next big thing. In this vlog I discuss some out of the box ideas on how you can use video to shine in customer service. By the way if you are uncomfortable seeing yourself on video nothing cures that emotion like practice. It took a while for me to be comfortable making videos of myself but the more you do it the easier it gets.

Recently I have experienced many examples on how your mind frame can drive your reality. Similar to the thoughts of the book "the Secret" You can literally think your way to success (or failure). This is wonderful if you can be positive and surround yourself with other positive people and ideas. But what happens when you find yourself in a negative slump. Whether it is situations at home, at work, or in the news we can be bombarded with negative imagery and situations and once we allow the negativity in, it is near impossible to escape.
