Remember that "Old Dog", business partner of mine?  Always willing to learn something new...I invited her to the Dave Matthew's concert at Slugger Field, in Louisville, KY.  She had never even heard of Dave Matthews! I was stunned!  I told her we were going anyways!   To my surprise, being the trooper she is, in just 5 days time, she learned how to U Tube all of his songs, videos's and lyrics and showed up at the concert knowing more about his songs than I did!  We both loved the concert but Sue was truly disappointed that Dave did not play Bartender!  GREAT, GREAT concert! 

My real estate partner, Sue, decidided to take any entry level sales training class at Keller Williams.  She has been active in real estate for years, has her broker's license, and even had her own real estate company for 6 years, before joining Keller Williams, as part owner, agent. 

I was a little perplexed that she would be taking a class (a 3 week class, no doubt), that she herself could teach in her sleep!  I quickly realized that the new knowledge she was gaining, friendships she was building, and the competitive nature of the class to lead generate would soon pay off not only for Sue, but for me, her partner! 

We have gotten three new listings, and written two accepted conratcts. We also had two closings.   More appointments from her lead generating are on the horizon with more success, I'm sure to come!   

Far be it for me to question!  Count me in for the next upcoming class!
