condition: HOW TO SELL A HOME TODAY? - 06/25/09 04:22 PM

As a 30 year veteran in the real estate industry, I feel I can help you with the answer to this question. Today's market is a Price War and a Beauty Contest!
What do I mean, you are asking. A price war like we haven't seen for many many years.
Pricing is the number reason a home sells today. Sellers need to understand what the market is saying to them. No homeowner can expect nor should they expect to receive the prices from 2004-2005. Those prices are gone. You didn't sell then so get off that train right now.
