I don't need to mention that the real estate market is not exactly "hot" right now. Everyone knows that; homesellers know it, buyers know it, the guy at Starbuck's knows it, and real estate professionals definitely know it. So I won't mention it.
But I will mention the fact that there is quite a lot of complaining going around about it. Sentiments like "Woe are we" and "It's his fault" might serve as some sort of release for those who feel frustrated, and understandably so. We want to know how we got here, we want to … (23 comments)
