2010's Mohave Mesa Kiwanis Cornfest is fast approaching, and this year's should be an EXTREME fun event!
Lots of cool changes will add dazzle to this annual Bullhead City AZ event.
This year, Cornfest is being held later in the season than usual; traditionally it's happened in September/October when it is still pretty darn hot here in the Bullhead City/Fort Mohave AZ area.
The 2010 Mohave Mesa Kiwanis Cornfest is inked in for November 5th and 6th, under significantly cooler, milder temps.
Also, this year's Cornfest, usually an outdoor event, is being held INDOORS, at the Mojave Crossing Event Center, located … (5 comments)

We haven't had a Tweetup in Bullhead City, AZ 86442 yet that I know of.
Been wanting to get one going, and got a great idea; coordinate it with the next show my husband (The Famous Shredder) and his most awesome band

had on their schedule.
And the most PERFECT thing happened:
Their next show happens to be a HALLOWEEN show at the BEST local pub in town - Cocktails!
(Cocktails is wonderful because it has REALLY comfy chairs and a KILLER view of the city from the patio)

Riverfest 2009 replaces Cornfest as Bullhead City 86442's annual Fall kickoff, and even though EVERY year's Cornfest as far back as I can remember has been a blast Riverfest 2009 may be the biggest -- baddest -- and most fun event of all! I know a bit about the Blood Orange Project, being married to the lead guitarist!
Tonight, Saturday August 1, Blood Orange Project will play its second show this summer at the River Valley Tavern -- a cool local hangout with an attractive all-girl staff.

Blood Orange Project's come a long way since the days of rehearsals in my garage! (Now they have permanent studios at Needles, CA radio station KTOX, owned by singer/keyboardist/wearer of Mohawk Dave Hayes.)
