One of my favorite things in the world are roasted chili peppers. 

Store-bought, they are expensive and full of added salt and preservatives.
But they are inexpensive and super-delicious when bought fresh and fire roasted, then skinned.
My Gramma taught me an easy way to roast and skin chili peppers for chiles rellenos, salsa or omelets:
FIRE UP broiler or the grill. Grill is tastier but broiler is faster. PIERCE the peppers with a knife on both sides, to release steam. ARRANGE on a baking sheet or broiler pan. GRILL or broil UNTIL THE SKIN IS BLISTERED AND BLACK all … (5 comments)

Rotary Park, located at Riverview and Lakeside in Bullhead City AZ 86442 is a fabulous public boat launch and park I've written about before many times.
The beauty of Arizona's Colorado River is so easily taken in here. I love to bring Lunapup down to hang out at the park, or do the Veterans Memorial Walk which is about 1.5 miles total. Great exercise for human and pooch!
