Marcus and Millichap's 2011 Executive Summary indicated second-tier recovery in the Phoenix commercial real estate market by year's end. That's also good news for commercial real estate in Bullhead City, Fort Mohave and Mohave Valley, as Mohave County has historically trailed the Phoenix market by six months or so.

The CCIM Institute's Commercial Investment Real Estate Magazine's July/August 2011 edition had a great article about how savvy commercial real estate investors are getting into land purchases now, while prices are at rock-bottom and there are deals to be made.

Old Bullhead City AZ, 86442 is the original Bullhead City, the northwest part of town located right across from the riverfront casinos on Casino Drive in Laughlin, Nevada.

Before Laughlin pioneer/casino mogul Don Laughlin built the bridge across Casino Drive/Hwy 163 to North Highway 95/68 in 1987, the ONLY way to get to Bullhead from Laughlin was:
Hwy 163/95 North to Boulder City (near Las Vegas) and around Hoover Dam to Hwy 93, then thru Kingman and Golden Valley to where Hwys 68 and 95 meet--apx drive time 2-3 hours Casino Drive to Needles Highway South to/over the Needles CA Bridge, then North … (3 comments)
