I recently was connected to a wonderful couple by a fellow Rainer AND a kindred ROCKER. Thanks so much again, Vic!
This couple had been approached by a buyer for their Bullhead City, AZ home.
The buyer didn't see why either party needed an agent . . . the deal would be quick, all cash and easy. (Turned out to be 1 of the 3--not all cash, and it was a little 'involved'--but we did get it done quickly.)

Having a little under the radar discussion today:
If you have a time-sensitive task to complete during a transaction and you were either called away or planned to be away at the time completion was required, would you:
a. Have another agent in your office (or your broker) cover in your absence?
b. Ask or pay an agent outside your office to cover in your absence?
c. Ask the agent on the other side of the transaction to cover you?
