We are a resort area and have visitors and vacationers all year round, but there are two particular 'on seasons' for our Colorado River towns: Snowbird Fall/Winter and River Rat Spring/Summer.
And River Rat Spring/Summer is soon upon us.

Nothing is more exciting . . . or scarier . . . than your first real estate purchase.
And there is nothing worse than having your first real estate experience be unpleasant.
It should be fun! Really, it should.
Still, being a first time buyer of Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave AZ real estate (or any other area) can be somewhat woozy.
The reason is that you may have preconceived notions without factual information. You couldn't possibly know EVERYTHING you need to--for only experience will provide that.

But it was exactly the imprint I needed on my subconscious.
Consciously choosing to 'Terminate The Pathetic' is a super-powerful, positive step.
Feng Shui time!
Purge those unsentimentals.
THEY ARE JUST THINGS!

The Fort Mohave AZ 86426 area will be getting a new gas station in a very short while.
Construction is well under way on a second Smith's gas station at 4747 S. Highway 95, Fort Mohave AZ 86426 - the northwest corner of Aztec Rd and South Highway 95, one block south of Gemini St. There is another at Lakeside and Hancock in Bullhead City and we've seen the lowest prices on gas there on many occasions.
The construction crew told me today that they would be pouring concrete next week. This is great news for area residents … (2 comments)

WOW! I love guts. Big, happy, all-in, GUTS! Chutzpah. Cojones. Stones.
Check out this cool STORY about the owner of Facebook, a 23 year old who dropped out of Harvard to give his all to his dream, THEN took a huge entrepreneurial risk in turning down the mother of all birds in hand to see that dream through long-term.
Of course, he may be too young at 23 to understand the difference between 240 million and a billion dollars. I don't think I would have had any idea at 'half my age'.
