Advertising

I am placed in an odd situation this year... I am buying a new house, and in order to make the payments on this house I will have to close at least one loan a month.  Because I have worked on referrals for the last 3 years or so, I am in the odd position of having to advertise to guarantee myself that income level.  I am finding that my old ways of advertising are not successful any more... I need to come up with some new ideas... anybody have anything that they'd like to contribute????
