houston tx: Visit St Paul's Methodist Church, Houston TX - 03/28/08 02:34 PM

St. Paul's Methodist Church was built in the early part of this century. Is one of the most visited landmarks in the beautiful area surrounding Hermann Park.
The Church is still very active; in fact, my son and his wife were married there. I learned some of the history from the Minister who performed their service. They have one of the largest pipe organs in the country and the largest in Texas. It takes a team several months just to clean the pipes and keep it in working order.
