In the Pearland/Houston area, the market is making big strides.  Home sales are up 17% percent from last year and for the last four months, the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) cites record home sales.  As of today, there are 175 pending homes waiting to go to closing in Pearland, Texas.  Although it is still a buyer’s market, that does not necessarily mean you will get a mansion for little or next to nothing.
