The Avalon Terrace Subdivision in Pearland is one of my favorite communities! This new subdivision is located off of 518 on the west side. Just minutes from a couple grocery stores, the Pearland Dad's Club and the fabulous Pearland Town Center, Avalon Terrace provides recently constructed houses and great amenities close to it all! In addition, there are only a couple of entrances to Avalon Terrace which allows a certain amount of privacy to its residents!

The Ravenwood Estates subdivision is a rare gem! This small and established subdivision in nestled off 518 and offers country living close to the city!
Established in 1997 by the West Development Company, Ravenwood Estates, is located in the central part of Pearland which is about 20 miles south of Downtown Houston. Ravenwood Estates is in Brazoria County and is considered a Restricted Subdivision. There are two entrances to Ravenwood Estates. Approximately 70 homes are in Ravenwood Estates - each with 1/2 and 1 acre lots!
Nestled on Pearland's east side, the Woodcreek subdivision has long been a favorite among home buyers in Pearland. Its proximity to places such as Wal-Mart, banks and several restaurants makes living easy!
Woodcreek subdivision is also home to Woodcreek Park! This lovely park is maintained by the Pearland Parks & Recreation. The park has a playground suitable for ages 5 - 12 complete. There are also picnic tables and shaded areas that are perfect for family gatherings!
