The Dixie Woods subdivision in Pearland is one of my favorite subdivisions in Pearland! I have highlighted this great Pearland subdivision before but I just have to do it again - especially since there are several new houses on the market in Dixie Woods!
Its always so well kept and manicured! The beautiful landscaping in Dixie Wood subdivision greets you as you enter in. In fact, the ascetic aspect of Dixie Woods is what draws most buyers at first.
