Hello from the Cape!  As I am reviewing the prior year's successes and failures, it is apparent that I need to do something different to get the job!  I am wondering if anyone out there can share how they present the estimate?  The way I work now is to meet the homeowner, view the property,  leave and then send them my estimate/proposal via email and "snail mail."  Does anyone go back and present the proposal in person? I am only successful on landing about half the jobs that I bid on! Does anyone do the proposal/estimate right there at the home?  Thanks for your help on this one!  May everyone have a productive 2008!
