Today was the first day back in the office in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida after a week in New Jersey! I wrestled with this one all day yesterday and I would like to know what some of you would have done! I just got back in Cape Coral from my son's wedding in NY late on Sunday! I had been gone for just short of two weeks so you know what I had waiting for me when I got back! Thankfully I had a closing scheduled for Monday, a short sale and as of Friday everything was a go. The bank had ordered a water inspection and that was completed on Friday and we were notified we were clear to close!

Since January it has been like old times for Realtors in Cape Coral and the rest of Southwest Florida! Buyers have been taking advantage of the low prices and we have been working from dawn to dusk to keep up! This has been a welcome return after a long 26 months or so without anyone to talk to! I left beatuful Cape Coral, Florida on Monday and I miss it already! I have been on the road for 4 days now and after 4 flights and 3 nights in different hotels I am to say the least- a little worn out! After dealing with airport personnel and being surprised that I had to pay for my luggage because their policies have changed, my patience have been stretched to the limit!
