Harwich, Massachusetts is one of the older Cape Cod towns.  There are homes with lead paint and victorian looking exteriors. On May 6, 2008, there were just over 1900 properties in the pre-foreclosure stages in Cape Cod towns.  That is only 1.3% of the 140,000(+-) homes on the Cape.   Less than half of the homes on Cape Cod are actually second homes, and commercial properties are not included in the 1900.  … (0 comments)
