The home is a beautiful custom home on the waterfront and was listed at over $1,000,000.
The list price is around $280 per square foot.
Average Sold comp is $178 per square foot.
Only 2 homes over $700 thousand dollars have been sold in Val Vista Lakes during 2010.

It's been a great year for the Val Vista Lakes Nifty Fifty's, and since fall is arriving, many of our summer vacationers are returning, along with the return of our winter Snowbirds. Our Snowbirds come from all over the country including Alaska and Vancouver, Canada.
During the summer our pot luck dinners are held in the smaller Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse West Wing room because many members are out of town. During the fall and winter we move into the larger Clubhouse banquet room because to accommodate increased attendance.

My wife has been working with Coquita, our 18 month old Yorkie to teach her some basic tricks which help to teach her patience. Yorkies are extremely hyper, and they typically go at full speed until they crash, as you'll see in the video. Once they crash, then it's lights out for a couple hours.
