Having done many short sales in the Venice, Englewood, North Port, Port Charlotte Florida and I just wanted to take a moment & share my experiences with everyone about Equator & Bank of America. I am extremely happy and have found this process to be very easy to follow. It is light years ahead of the way we have submitted Short Sales for years. It seems that the log jam has began to break! Both Sarasota and Charlotte county, North Port, Venice, Englewood and Port Charlotte to be more specific increased by 24% on sales in May over April and is up 11% over sales last May. Many people who were waiting for the bottom to hit clearly see that may have happened. June has been extremely busy and it is snowballing into July.
