If you are considering building a new home in southwest Florida, specifically Charlotte county, now may be the time to do it. With current resale inventory being at record lows many people are opting to build a new home. One community, South Gulf Cove has new homes being built everywhere you look. A Review of the South Gulf Cove Waterways, Port Charlotte Florida Sometimes people are reluctant to purchase waterfront property where they will have to lock through to gain access to a major waterway. While I can not speak for all areas and lock systems, I feel very comfortable saying that the lock in the South Gulf Cove waterways is quick and easy.
