I say the same is true about Real Estate.
If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times, “It’s the little things in this business that make the BIG DIFFERENCE.”
I like to use my trusty golf analogy when explaining this to clients and others. Most everyone even vaguely familiar with the sport of golf is also familiar with the names of the top golfers. Due to their status, names like Tiger Woods, Phil Michelson, Paul Casey, Sergio Garcia, Vijay Singh, and Ernie Els often ring a familiar bell.
But if you were to look at the top 100 golfers, you would see that barring the few at the top of the list, very little margin in ranking points separates numbers five through 100.
