With summer slowly coming to an end I would like to give you the statistics on the activity for lakefront homes

on Portage Lakes, Ohio. The economy has been evident in the local activity. There should have been many more

homes sold. The lakefront buyers are looking but taking longer to make decisions, if they make decisions at all.

The sellers who really have to sell are waiting longer to get their homes sold and taking reductions to encourage

buyers to browse! Our rainy spring held the buyers at bay and when June hit they did start looking. If you are a
