Some of you have asked in the past about medical/office space for sale in the Lake Nona area.  Up until very recently, I was unaware of any space for sale, only for lease.  However, today I obtained information from two developers offering medical office condos for sale in the Nona Park development.  If you are interested in purchasing medical space, please give me a call and I'll be happy to help you out.

The two complexes being developed at La Vina on Narcoossee Rd. are well underway and due to be completed around September of this year.  The first floor of these two story buildings will be devoted to Retail and Restaurant, and the second level is set aside for office/professional.  These upscale complexes already have a number of businesses lined up with signed leases:
