Every day my kids wake up saying "it there a snow day"  "a delay?"  

It's been a very unusual winter.  But for us Agents it's been nice not to have to truck around in deep snow.  It makes it easier to show homes.   I don't know about you, but I could survive with snow February to March and have spring roar in during early April.  

It's also staying lighter later and that's been nice to be able to show homes easier in the evenings.

 So as I sit here waiting for "the snow".  I wish everyone a great weekend of warmth and love.
