Programs & Camps for kids in Cary, NC.
This is great informaiton from my RE Partner Sharon. She's a former Wake County Teacher. I'm a parent of children in public and private schools and have worked & served in various schools.
We completely understand how difficult it can be for parents when their children are out of school and how boring it can be for the kids as well.

Below Mary talks about The Top Ten Reasons to List a Home During the Holidays! She makes some very valid points. Another point to add is interest rates are so low, there could be buyers ready to make a move and looking for a good home before the spring market hits.
There are predictions of pent up demand. Once they're convinced the market is definitely improving, we may see a rush of people trying to get in on the last of the good deals.
My suggestion to buyers is to get with a Great Realtor® now and begin the mortgage process.

I'm passionate about what I do - Helping Others Buy & Sell Homes.
There is a lot more to being a Realtor®than letting someone into a house or putting their property into MLS. It goes way beyond writing the contract or assisting with the Inspections. Yes, it's more than understanding the legal jargon or being a "referee" between sellers & buyers. Its even beyond being the calm in a storm or an encouraging word. Stop by The Estates of Olde Carpenter Saturday 10-16-10 and Sunday 10-17-10 to view the stunning spec home by Rice Builders. Rave Reviews were shared by Realtors and spectators alike. The home has been open the past two weekend and many folks have stopped by. Approx. 125 Realtors and others enjoyed a BBQ last Tuesday at The Estates at Olde Carpenter and have shared wonderful feedback. As a result, we're seeing more traffic in showings.
