We were driving home from Christmas vacation in Orlando, FL, and I wasn't looking forward to coming home to cold weather. Sure, I do love the season changes. They are all beautiful in their own way. They can make you appreciate the other seasons as each have their pros and cons. If I were to rank the seasons with my favorite being first, it would be summer, spring, fall and winter. Sweet Christmas at Prestonwood Country Club
Each year our office is fortunate to enjoy the company of one another while celebrating Christmas at the Prestonwood Country club. The food is always fabulous and plentiful! The setting is beautiful!
This year, they pastry chefs outdid themselves with a display of gingerbread house for all to enjoy!
This is my personal favorite. I love the stain glass windows!

Triangle Heart Walk Benefits American Heart Association!
For the first time, Fonville Morisey Realty of North Carolina participated in the Triangle Heart Walk held at the RBC Center in Raleigh, NC.
The turnout was Fantastic including 125 Fonville Morisey Realtors, Employees, their Dogs & Family Members! The group raised almost $19,000.00!
The walk was a lot of fun and sure to be an annual event.

I came across this Blog originally written by Fernando of Maryland. He did such a great job explaining short sales with his visuals. So often I ask buyers if they know what a short sale is and most of the time they don't.
