Earth sheltered homes in PA

I am looking for any Realtors out there who have sold an earth sheltered home in the past six months that I could use as a comp for a property that I am trying to sell. We were to close two months ago, only to keep being rejected by banks.

I have been told that if I can find ONE comp that was closed within the last six months that would help. Please respond to me at rmitcheltree@remax.net
