A proforma should include estimated costs for investing in a subject property. I designed my proforma, for single family investment properties to flow with the real estate transaction process.
The first step is to conduct a feasibility analysis consisting of both a market and property analysis.  The proforma lists the costs associated with conducting both a market and property analysis.
Systems are a central component of real estate investing. Develop your system to stream-line the real estate transaction process and you will save time and money to increase production and your bottom line.
