Also included in this Researched Sold Comparable are notes associated with the sale, financing information ( this was a cash sale ) a copy of the deed, a copy of the excise tax affidavit, buyer and seller information, a prior sale price, tax information, a plat map and an aerial view.

Researchers use a fully developed suite of tools to ensure accurate data collection and analysis. They are then able to store the information and start making history.
Commercial Market Analysis
Take those Researched Sold Comparables and bundle them in to a comprehensive Commercial Market Analysis. The reports can be printed or e mailed to clients. Include a cover letter, 3 up comparison reports and summary documentation.
Local marketplace analytics are also available in our Researched systems. We have a variety of reports available and enjoy helping you report what matters most to your clients. Monitor activity in buildings and watch trends. Group buildings together for a deeper analysis and take advantage of quarterly reports. Once you've completed your analysis you can generate the reports and download to your own letterhead.
We make this possible by using a Property Centric database that begins with pre-loading our systems will every parcel available in the counties our clients serve. We overlay the parcel data with building information and use GIS technology to include parcel shape files. We link into county tax data so agents/brokers don't have to go to multiple sites to get the information they need. Tenant lists are also stored on top of building records and are much more accurate than what you may have accessed before. Using a Property Centric database eliminates duplicate space and duplicate listing entry - helping to ensure accurate analytics.
