Property Taxes: The Hottest Topic in Home Sales in New Jersey - 12/13/09 01:10 PM
Any resident in NJ knows that property taxes is a real potent issue for real estate right now. Most of my buyers are concerned about what the current taxes are and what they may be in the future. I tell them, if I could predict what taxes may be in the future, I would probably be a very wealthy person... ;-)

Interest Rates Are Low, but Banks Balk at Refinancing - 12/13/09 08:58 AM
The fact that banks are making the requirements tougher for refinancing (I can personally vouch for this), it will have a debilitating effect on the mortgage industry:

Foreclosures Can Offer Deals, but Buyer Beware - 12/05/09 08:53 AM
Many current buyers want a "deal", but not everyone is aware of the risks with buying REOs, nor do they have the patience to wait for bank approval of their purchase. Thats where we come in to educate the buyers and hopefully they will follow our guidance:
