Officially Boycotting Bank of America and Chase/Wamu - 01/14/10 10:52 AM

I am officially boycotting Bank of America and Chase by no longer referring any customers to obtain mortgages. The short sale department has screwed up so many of my deals that they don't deserve any new business. Why should I continue to give them business if they could care less about the homeowners that are struggling to save or sell their homes? I wont.. anymore!!!!Reasons:
Short Sales taking over 6 months to a year to process. Botched appraisals and BPO's (incorrect values, incorrect br/ba, etc) On Hold for 20-30 minutes at a time (Chase) Files stuck in limbo waiting for negotiator to be … (3 comments)
