As everyone is claiming in most parts of the country we have what is considered a buyer's market. In a buyer's market there are more sellers than buyers giving buyers the upper hand when negotiating the purchase of a home. Many buyers or potential buyers are trying to decide whether this is the best time to buy or wait for a stronger market.
