El sábado 18 de agosto de 2007 se celebrara la feria de la familia durante la cual habrá exhibiciones, charlas, y música. Este evento tomara lugar en el Osceola Heritage Park.
Entre las personalidades que se presentaran estarán el cantante Elvis Crespos, la presentadora Ana Maria Polo de caso cerrado, el astrólogo Edward'o y otros. Este evento es gratis y patrocinado por la emisora Telemundo. La Feria de la Familia empieza a las 10:00 am y termina a las 6:00 pm.

I wanted to share some real Florida picture. Of course I took them in my hometown. Can you spot the giveaways? Let me help you: Mickey and Minnie with Pluto on top of the mail box and of course what better way to say florida that having seashells glued all over the mailbox. It shows real florida spirit and in my opinion more interesting than the regular Pink Flamingos, sorry if you own some, on the lawn.

Yes, it is true Kissimmee and all of its residents have arrived to planet Starbucks. We are officially on the map, a new Starbucks store just opened right on 192 close to the Kissimmee downtown. You can find the new Starbucks coffee in the corner of Dyer and 192 (vine Street), also a new Washington Mutual Bank and other stores where built in the same area.

Uno de los problemas que se encuentran las personas que no hablan ingles es el entender cuales son sus derechos y deberes al firmar un contrato de compra. Especialmente cuando están comprando directamente de una constructora de casas nuevas.
Recientemente un diario local saco un artículo acerca de varios compradores hispanos que habían perdido sus depósitos al no haber calificado por financiamiento. Algunas veces voy a la Corte a buscar informacion de las casas que estan en el proceso de foreclosure en mi area que es el condado de Osceola en Florida. Esto que voy a compartir paso hace unas semanas en una subasta en la corte.
La subasta empezo con una casa que tenia una hipoteca de $50,000. Una de las personas presentes gano la subasta por $500 por encima de los $50,000.
