kissimmee real estate information: Floreclosures: A guide for buyers - 09/12/07 08:10 PM

Because of the media attention I believe most everyone is familiar with the fact that houses in foreclosure process are now in higher numbers than a few years ago.
Florida is counted among the 3 states with more foreclosures procedures in the country. When this fact might discourage new buyers, there are many others who see this as an opportunity to finally be able to buy a home or start investing in real estate.
