I have to say how lucky we are living in Athens, GA with such a vibrant music scene. The Whigs, a fabulous band who call Athens home, just returned to town for a show at the 40 Watt Club this week. They met as students at UGA If you haven't had a chance to see or hear them, pick up their new CD "Mission Control". They are a HOT HOT HOT power trio! Parker Gispert, singer and guitarist, has just enough of a Southern accent to make you proud to call him one of our own. Julian Doro, the left-handed drummer, shows you why he was named Esquire Magazine's "Best Drummer in the US".

It's hard-driving rock with the hooks to sound like pop.

The University of Georgia begins classes August 18, 2008. The first UGA football game is August 30 at home with Georgia Southern.

The UGA Bulldogs begin the season ranked #1 in the country.

Bats in the Belfry

I am representing a buyer looking at a house with 7 bats in the attic.

Does anyone have a suggestion for removing them without harming them?
