I have been a Realtor since 1978 and I have to admit this is the most challenging market that I have experienced.  I have gone through the panic of what to do now, and even the feelings of gloom and doom.  I found that by watching the world news every morning, I was setting a negative mood for the day. I am not advocating banning world news, but now, I read the morning paper and start my day.

I now have a plan for each day.  First of all, I remind myself to be thankful for the day and the good health to enjoy all that it will bring. I am a breast cancer survivor since 2002, so I am reminded daily how great is is to feel good.

 I think we all got so use to business coming to us; it is a time to get back to the basics and business will happen, This is the first time in a long while that I have taken the time to write down my goals for this year.  Each week, I examine those goals and access how I am doing.  I think if we all focus on looking outside our world and embrace those around us, we can survive this market and what it may bring.
