This is not a good thing for our horses and the constant water causes the hoofs to soften and to much moisture causes fugus to grow on the horses leg. This is called rain rote. Think about the elevation of the property. Traveling through Florida one will notice a lot of lakes or ponds. Most (0 comments)

SOUTH FLA. MOVING TO THE MOUNTAINS? SEE TELLICO PLAINS, TENNESSEE FIRST!! - 03/23/08 07:48 AM

I asked what mades it any different than North Carolina or Gatlinburg? They only laughted at me and said that I should just look and see. Of course I started my search and took a trip to see. Starting from South Florida to Tellico Plains was an adventure for me. As I took the mountain roads, I started thinking that I had been sold a bag of goods. It had been a long ride. I arrived late in the (0 comments)
