Hello Active Rainers,

Just wanted to say hello to all the fellow realtors here in Michigan. I am new at this Active Rain thing and I'm excited to be here. I also have a profile set up for my real estate business in Florida, so you can reach me in either state. My primary location is Florida. I operate out of Hobe Sound as Set 'N Sun Properties, Inc.

I opened Done-Deal Realty, Inc in December of 2006 as way for me to get away during hurricane season and still have something to do while in Michigan. I grew up in Michigan and my son, Jim Milliman, is my business partner and a fellow Realtor as well.

Our Michigan business handles anything that comes our way obviously, but we're mainly into short sale assistance and counseling as well as short sales negotiations for homeowners and Realtors who don't want to have to do it themselves. We are short sale specialists and don't mind the time and effort it takes to get them done and closed.

We've also started a vacation rental property management service for Southwest Michigan, so anyone who would like to refer a friend or relative with a lakefront or waterfront property who would like to make some extra income would be appreciated.

Michigan is a great State and I love being up here for a part of the year.
