Real estate agents certainly know that homes that are cleaner, more open and spacious are likely to sell faster and for higher prices than cluttered homes. Suggesting to buyers that they declutter their home and throw out or donate excess knick-knaks and other items is sound advice. But, how do you know what they can toss when it comes to business files, bills, bank statements, taxes and other papers?
