2009 is almost gone and I am thankful for all of the joys that came my way during the last year.  What a wonderful year it has been in so many ways.
Time to start fresh with new hopes, dreams, wishes, and goals for the year to come.  Time to celebrate the successes of 2009 and forget about the weaknesses.  Time to look forward into the future learning from our mistakes and continuing on the right paths.  Time to make some of the changes that need to be made and always be grateful for the blessings that come our way.  Time to take stock of … (4 comments)

Did you keep your 2009 resolutions?  You know, the things you said last year you would do this year?  If you are like me, some yes, some no.
Didn't I say I'd get in shape?  Ok, still working on that one but made some progress there.  At least the process has begun!
Didn't I say I'd market better?  Made leaps and bounds improvements in this area by getting a website.  I also now participate in a email campaign solution, a virtual tours program, joined a REALTOR internet group aimed at sharing knowledge in the field, started a blog, joined Facebook, joined Linked … (5 comments)

Thank you Celebrity Homes Omaha!  2009 was a fantastic real estate year and I have Celebrity Homes in Omaha to thank.  I work exclusively selling brand new homes and townhomes built by Celebrity Homes in Omaha, Gretna, LaVista, Millard, and Bellevue, Nebraska. 
In a time when many builders could not afford to build speculation homes, Celebrity Homes still continued to start several hundred homes when a buyer was not there for it yet.  They knew that the market in Omaha has held steady, as our economy has.  People move all year long and often cannot wait or do not want to … (2 comments)

Winter Wonderland in Omaha, Nebraska - 12/27/09 11:49 AM
Oh, Winter Wonderland in Omaha, Nebraska!  4 days of snow and maybe letting up now.  I am so thankful, especially with a foot of snow and counting, that I live in a Celebrity Townhome where my snow removal is taken care of and I am not out there digging out.  Thankfully this much snow is also not the norm!
