Yes, indeedy, the developer is still selling units at 655 Hope. They're doing it in stages, so there are still some units that are available that don't appear on this list. Those units that aren't on this list are available for all cash purchase at this moment, and if you can wait, financing should be available on those units in the next few months once a few more units go into escrow. SO... without further adieu:

It's the DTLA series and we're at the Santee Village Lofts where the developer has released two penthouse units: 1 on the roof level of the Eckardt and another on the roof level of the Cornell building.

It's interesting, but considering some of the limited and quick-moving inventory in the 500K and under price point in Downtown Los Angeles, some buyers are moving on to other buildings that are in the nearby area that still offer the urban lifestyle with luxury high-rise amenities they were looking for in DTLA.
