Wow, I knew inventory was low Downtown, but it also must've been a lot of people's New Year's resolutions to buy a place, because there are only 4 units left at Santee Village in Downtown's Fashion District! With the same floorplan left, all units are 868 sq feet, and the difference would just be which floor you are on, as well as if the floors are upgraded, and if the unit has a skylight.
