It has been a while since I left for my European Vacation. In case you did not know I was in Germany and Majorca! Vacation to Europe & Marketing SW Florida
Now I am back and ready to tackle some deals! In Germany I met with Real Estate Offices, clients and did some advertising. It was really wierd seeing the negative input about Real Estate in Cape Coral/Fort Myers Florida on a German TV! Hi everyone! It has been a while since I left for my European Vacation. In case you did not know I was in Germany and Majorca! Vacation to Europe & Marketing SW Florida
Well I tried pretty hard to Market SW Florida about the positive side of owning Real Estate, but the media in Europe is just as negative about Cape Coral/Fort Myers Real Estate! I did get lucky though with several leads!

I have been working with German and Swiss buyers and sellers since I have been in Real Estate. Since I speak the German language it really helps my clients and of-course with so many European investors it makes it really easy!
In Cape Coral alone there are 1498 German & Swiss owners of Vacant Land and Residential homes! WOW They keep me busy! LOL
With the Euro / Dollar rate right now it is really a GREAT time for the European Market to be investing!
So I have made a decision and decided it's time to take a longggggg business trip and of-course a vacation to Europe! … (2 comments)

Today is such a lovely day in Paradise that I decided to take the day off but I wasn't sure what I should do. After thinking about it for a while I decided the Beach sounded perfect and that it would be nice if my Step-daughter and the grandchildren joined me. I gave them a call and it was a date! Ofcourse my mom also came along since she is visiting me from Germany. So we packed our cooler, lounge chairs and towels and headed on out to Cape Coral Beach.
