sellers: Sellers view of Home Buyer Tax Credits - 02/24/10 11:49 AM

Here we are at the end of February already and The Home Buyer Tax Credits are set to expire on April 30. Wow...just over 60 days left. Now is the time to get that house on the real estate market because, here in St Joseph MO, buyers are out looking for that perfect home before the deadline arrives.
It seems all of the news has been directed toward buyers but sellers need to know they are an important player as well. Many homes have been "For Sale" too long either because they are over priced, need too many updates or repairs, … (1 comments)
