As of today there are 44 REO Foreclosures for sale on Kauai.  Eleven (11) of those REO properties are located at Kauai Beach Resort.  The studio condominiums are offered from $46,000 - $135,000.  In addition, there are 21 Kauai Beach Resort units offered for sale as short sales with prices ranging from $35,000 - $149,000.  These REO Foreclosures were purchased by the previous owners in 2005 from the developer.  The prices on the units at that time were $250, 000 - $350,000.
The hotel was formerly the Hilton Kauai Beach Resort and has gone through some changes and is now being managed by Aqua Resorts.
