The Princeville Home Sales show that the lowest-priced single family residence sale in Second Quarter 2011 was a short sale that sold for $479,000. Here's the update on Hanalei District Princeville Condo Sales for the first half of 2011 for the North Shore of Kauai. Keep in mind all the numbers here are for January to June in each year.
