Unit C205 is offered for $399,000. The original owner paid $566,500 in 2006 when purchased from the developer. It was foreclosed upon and the current owner paid $360,900 in January 2011 and is now asking $399,000. The county assessed value is $283,700.

Unit G404 is offered for $2,200,000. The Seller paid $1,519,250 in December 2006. The county assessed value for this condo for sale is $613,700.
